Multiple sclerosis is an inflammatory disease of the central nervous system. It is a chronic, typically progressive and unpredictable disease, often striking those with most of their life ahead of them. Fortunately with dedicated lifestyle modification and effective support it is indeed possible to halt the progression of MS.

This unique 4-night Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis retreat was originally developed by Professor George Jelinek and is currently being facilitated by fellow MS survivors Dr Keryn Taylor and Dr Georgie Stanton.

The teachings at the retreat are based upon Professor Jelinek’s book ‘Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis’ and the Yarra Valley Living Centre’s 30 years of experience in lifestyle medicine and self-help healing programs.
