Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis Retreat

Overcoming MS retreats have been running 3-4 times a year at the Foundation for over a decade. OMS is a program based on rigorous medical evidence, using mainstream preventive medicine principles. Bring your support person and focus on healing away from the pressures of everyday life. While there is no known cure for multiple sclerosis at this time, the recommended lifestyle modification program has been shown in our published research to result in significant improvements in health, both mentally and physically. The goal of treatment is to stabilise the illness to allow recovery. Let us help you make a plan to live a long, healthy life without the usual problems associated with MS.

  • Learn how the Overcoming MS diet can stabilise MS – including which food groups to avoid and which foods will nourish your body and enhance your immune system.
  • Discover how sunlight and supplements can reduce relapse rates and improve health.
  • Explore self-healing techniques within the wider context of available medical treatments.
  • Experience the positive effects of meditation; stimulating clear thinking, peace of mind and relaxation.
  • Try the energy releasing Qi gong and talk to our experts about effective multiple sclerosis treatments
  • Share your thoughts, fears and experiences with a group of people who are all going through a similar journey.
  • Explore the possibility of profound healing and reversal of MS symptoms.
  • Create a sustainable and personalised action plan for your ongoing life.
