General

Your purchase from The Gawler Cancer Foundation indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All sales, whether through the internet or in-store are subject to these terms and conditions. It is important you read and fully understand this document at the time of purchase.

The Gawler Cancer Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the website and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

“The Gawler Cancer Foundation” is the service provider and is also referred to as “us” and “we”.

The “customer” is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from The Gawler Cancer Foundation and is also referred to as “you”.

Pricing Information

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice, due to exchange rate fluctuations and the fact that our suppliers will also change prices without notice. These changes will be updated on the website as soon as possible.

Placing Orders

Although we attempt to keep all items advertised on the website in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of stock temporarily. When this happens we will notify you of the delay.

Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after dispatch will result in the customer having to pay the Postage & Handling charges each way before a refund can be processed.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit

Orders to Australian destinations, placed by phone can also be paid for by cheque or money order payable to ‘The Gawler Cancer Foundation’. The order will be sent once the cheque is received.

Orders to Overseas destinations must be paid by Mastercard or Visa. We cannot accept cheques from overseas banks even if they are in Australian dollars.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia is through Australia Post

Standard delivery times apply and can vary between 3-5 working days

Customers are responsible for paying any charges incurred by a refused delivery and/or unclaimed goods

International purchases will be charged the International postage rate according in line with Australia Post charges

The Gawler Cancer Foundation will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we will shall not be held liable for an Australia Post delay or lost shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any incorrect, incomplete or damaged items received must be reported to The Gawler Cancer Foundation Resource Centre within 24 hours of you receipt of delivery

We will only refund or replace a CD or DVD if it is faulty, not because the customer has changed their mind

We will not refund or exchange any CD or DVD if the cellophane wrapping has been opened, unless it has a manufacturing fault

Warranty Claim

Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.

The Gawler Cancer Foundation does not handle warranty claim for those goods where the manufacturer accepts direct warranty claims from customers.
