I went to the program feeling broken and was given the tools to put myself back together.

My husband and I learned how to optimise the immune system and conquer our fear that life as we knew it was over. We keep in touch with these dedicated people who are  joy to know.

The Foundation has taught me a great deal about making choices. I can choose what I put in my mouth and make decisions that will honour my body. I can be thankful each day.
