Organic SugarFree Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:
450 g Organic Blueberries
1/2 cup Water
Dash of Lemon Juice
1 tbs Chai Seeds

Method:
Simmer blueberries and water in a pot for 10 minutes
Cool mixture, then blend lightly with a stick blender, ensuring to leave some texture
Add lemon juice and the chia seeds and mix with a spoon
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving

Optional extras:
You can add more chia seeds for a thicker consistency
