CD Intentional Meditations
Four Meditations, ranging in length from 8 to 12 minutes – Healing Imagery, Gratitude, Forgiveness and Loving Kindness. Each has an introduction explaining the purpose and the technique. Healing Imagery mobilizes the myriad of life-affirming resources, our Personal Development Wisdom and Personal Development Healer. Gratitude is an acknowledgement of all that sustains us, nourishes us, inspires us and touches our heart. Through Forgiveness we step away from being the victim of our past and become the creator of our present and future. Sending out thoughts of Loving Kindness can open our hearts and minds and enable us to grow in connectedness. Including these Meditations in your own practice will both broaden and deepen it. They are simple but rich and will give you skills that go way beyond stress reduction.
