Paul takes you through exactly the same movements as he teaches in the qigong sessions of our programs. So if you want to continue to practise these gentle, energy-inducing exercises at home, here is the best tool. Paul has created this series of qigong movements specifically to help people who are ill and may not be able to practise a more energetic form.

Includes a very good introduction to qigong for those who are new to this modality.
