Using his experience as a medical doctor and his interest in philosophy and psychology, Craig Hassed created a stress release program which teaches mindfulness, a simple and effective way of relieving the stress and fatigue that we experience in this modern life. The Program has been adapted for both health professionals and the general public. It has been used in the training of doctors at Monash University and also at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
