Note: By signing up for our Foundation Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Term & Expiry: Memberships are valid for a term of 12 months from the sign up date.
Renewals: Renewal reminders will be sent by email and sms 4 weeks before and again 2 weeks before memberships expire. Once memberships have expired, benefits cannot be rolled over. It is the members’ responsibility to renew their membership before the expiry date in order to enjoy continued accumulative discounts and benefits.
Accumulative Discounts & Benefits: All active members as at 9am on 1st July 2019, will have previous retreat bookings registered against their membership for accumulative discount purposes. New membership sign ups from the 1st July 2019 onwards, will begin accumulating discounts in line with their first retreat booking following their membership sign up date. Memberships must not lapse/expire in order to enjoy continued accumulative discounts and benefits.
Discount Exclusions: Accumulative discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount or offer. It is at the discretion of the member to decide which discount or offer they would like to accept at the time of booking.
Individual Memberships (standard and concession): Accumulative discounts and benefits are valid for the registered individual member name only.
Family Memberships: Accumulative discounts and benefits are valid for all registered member names that reside at the registered family address. We reserve the right to request proof of your registered address at the time of booking, i.e. drivers licence, utility bill.
Concession Entitlements: Concession membership rates are applicable to students, health care card holders, pensioners, and veterans. We reserve the right to request current proof of concession entitlements at the time of retreat booking.
Membership Pricing: Pricing is reviewed on an annual basis and changes are voted on at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).  Any changes to the member pricing or the benefits system will be notified to members within 14 business days of the AGM.
