Deepening Your Meditation
A truly unique opportunity to experience the deep natural peace and clarity of profound meditation.
Based upon the book Meditation – an In-Depth Guide, this immersion is highly suited to people who have already have some meditation and power of mind experience and would like to explore the depth and breadth of it all.
The focus of this retreat will be on practising together. The guided practice sessions will be of medium intensity, running mostly in 40 minute blocks, and will be interspersed with teaching sessions, question and discussion sessions, walking meditations, optional yoga, noble silence and time for personal reflection and rest.
In the daily teaching session, Ian will present a complete overview of how the mind works in a way that is directly relevant to meditation, and will further explain techniques that help us to go beyond engagement with the busy, active mind.

This program is well suited to health professionals and meditation teachers interested in the deeper experiences of meditation, and learning how to introduce them to others.

Ian Gawler OAM, Founder of The Gawler Cancer Foundation, Ian has played a major role in pioneering and popularising meditation and other mind-body techniques in the Western world and has authored six bestselling books. Known for his clarity and good humour, Ian has a gift for translating ancient wisdom into a modern, scientific context.
Dr Ruth Gawler is a GP with specific expertise in Mind-Body Medicine. Ruth knows meditation to be a way of getting to know your own mind and learning how to use it more effectively. Ruth has been a meditator since 1975 and is currently President of the Meditation Association of Australia.
Cost: Starting from $1,690 per person (including GST), depending on your choice of accommodation. This cost covers all elements of the program, including delicious organic plant-based wholefood meals, snacks, freshly squeezed juices, herbal teas and dandelion coffee.
